Testing Stations

Anyone requiring a credit card style JSAT Basic or JSAT Advanced card must take the test through a Registered Testing Station.

Taking the test at a testing station

Contact the Registered Testing Station, in advance, to book your place, please see contact details below.

You will need to take with you:

• your social security number
• photographic ID 
• your payment

The test includes multiple choice questions, these are randomly selected from a question set, see the sample questions on the tab above.

JSAT Basic test can be taken in English, Portuguese, Polish or French using a computer or tablet. The pass rate is 80%.

JSAT Advanced is available in English only. The pass rate is 90%.

Charges

The current cost is £10.00 per attempt, plus £15.00 for the card on successfully passing the test. GST will be added if applicable.

If an independent reader or translator is required please speak to the Registered Testing Station as charges may apply.

Registered Testing Stations

If you are a Registered Testing Station then you must log into the system using your administrator login and password to enter your secure section of the scheme.

The JSAT test is valid for 3 years after which it will need to be re-taken. Reminders will not be issued.
